Refund policy

• Items must be sealed and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
• A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
  
• We will require a copy of your order confirmation and the reason for your return. 
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
• A return request can be submitted within 15 working days after the goods have been delivered. 
• We will collect any personal data you provide during the return process solely for the purpose of processing your return and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find here.

• Items returned without proof of purchase.
